Our dedicated team of practitioners offer some of the best classes in the West Midlands! An assortment of Yoga classes, Tai Chi and Meditation.

All classes require pre-booking through the instructors so please select which class you are interested in and then you will be taken through to their profile pages where you can find their contact details.

Yoga Breakfast Club on a Wednesday morning is hosted by the Wishing Well so please call reception to book your place.

Our Yoga Studio is a beautiful and intimate space, so booking is absolutely essential. With between 10-12 students per class, you are guaranteed the guidance, focus and observation that you would not receive in the larger classes available in the area.
