Find stillness in a busy world.

Simple yogic techniques to learn to breathe correctly, calm the mind and find stillness. Suitable for all.

This class consists of a 45 minute practice: you will be seated for approximately 20 minutes (props and cushions provided); focus will be on specific breathing exercises, the use of mantras and learning to discover inner stillness which will lead you into the state of meditation. Then lying in a supported position, for approximately 20 minutes the healing relaxation uses the philosophy of the chakra system to facilitate deep release.

Meditation is not something that you 'do', it is a state of being, that arises from specific practices and a state of mind.
