"I have been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years now and teaching for 10. I have used my yoga as a healing tool for myself and for my students. The yoga I teach is nurturing, healing and nourishing: encouraging the students to find their own level and build their own practice.
I specialise in antenatal and postnatal sessions, working closely with women at this special time in their lives.
I also run workshops for those who wish to deepen their practice, bringing in philosophy, meditation and chanting. I work alongside other practitioners to deliver workshops involving yoga and life skills activities."
