Gail Sophia Meditation


Inspirational meditation teacher and spiritual mentor, Gail Sophia, is devoted to teaching people how to experience inner peace and happiness through meditation. She also teaches gentle, relaxing Tai-Chi and Chi Gong to encourage and restore physical and emotional balance. She is a qualified complimentary health practitioner, which includes energy healing, as part of her dedication and purpose to promoting well-being and wellness in others which can be experienced when participating in her workshops.



Gail offers 1:1 sessions for £50 per hour.


In China where Tai Chi / Chi Gong is practiced by many as part of their daily constitutional health regime.

It is believed to improve and maintain general good health and longevity by aiding prevention of disease and strengthening the constitution, thereby avoiding premature ageing.
