Just as you would make an appointment with the Doctor if you had a bad back, I can offer qualified support in a safe and understanding place so that you can explore what is troubling you. My approach is Person-centred which means I will listen to you without preconceived ideas, without "shoulds" or "musts", so that you have the time and space to work out what you need, in the knowledge that whatever you say is in confidence.
