That feeling of not being good enough and not truly appreciating me.  The wild journey of my life has led me to discover the most effective tools for empowering and transforming myself...and now my mission is to share them with you!' 
 
Anya is a dedicated life, mind and body explorer and passionate yoga instructor and therapist.
After many years of delving into the many facets of the wellness world, Anya has discovered the most effective tools for transformation which she shares with love, wisdom and a great sense of humour. Consciousness warrior, life-lover and global teacher with her feet firmly planted on the earth but with her head full of fun and dreams,  Anya’s core message is one of positive self-centering. When she is not on the mat, on the move or being mum to teenage boys, Anya loves to cook, create, travel, dance and dream big!
 
Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor, Senior Teacher and Master Trainer for Sadie Nardini,  Access Consciousness Bars Facilitator, Natural Facial Rejuvenation Massage Therapist and Ayurvedic Therapist.

FIERCE LOVE YOGA
Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga dedicated to honouring, nourishing and celebrating yourself in every way! Lots of flow with anatomy detailing. 


Private Yoga Sessions 1 hr £60

Empowering and transformative sessions for body, mind and spirit. Great for beginners, those recovering from illness or injury or those wanting to develop their yoga skills. Anya is a senior yoga instructor, teaching a powerful anatomy and biomechanics-based style of yoga.
