Yoga is my passion and being able to help people relax through yoga on their own personal journey is really rewarding for me. I have been practicing yoga for many years and qualified with Red Kite Yoga. I am qualified to teach Hatha Yoga. “Hatha” actually refers to any yoga that teaches physical postures… best for beginners. Because of its slower pace, “Hatha” is a great class if you’re just starting your yoga practice.

I feel yoga can bring meaning and joy into our lives, helping to harmonise and bring peace. I teach groups and run 1-2-1 sessions. Clients who are undergoing counselling, suffer from anxiety and stress can benefit greatly from practising Yoga and Meditation.

Meditation is a journey of self- discovery, it is all about being in a comfortable position and breath. Breath awareness is key to quietening a busy mind. There are many techniques to explore, so finding one that works for you will help you when you practise, I can also help you with this in my Meditation classes.
