I discovered yoga 10 years ago whilst looking for ways to deal with sciatic pain. Yoga has so much to offer, not just physically but mentally and spiritually; my aim is to share my experiences with people and to make it accessible for everyone. I qualified as a Hatha yoga teacher with HFE in November 2019 and plan on doing my 300hr and 500hr training as well as specialising in restorative yoga.
The rest of the time, l am UX designer & developer for a design agency which makes for an interesting mix of skills.
