Buteyko Breathing is used to re-train the breath through simple exercises which improves abdominal and nose breathing.

This is a 3-4 week programme primarily for Asthma but also anxiety, snoring, ME and sinusitis. Correct breathing is essential to good health and bad habits develop through stress and illness causing shallow breathing which can lower energy levels and create muscle tension in the back and shoulders.
