New Mindfulness Based Living Course - beginning September 6th through to October 18th.

Tuesday Evenings - 7pm - 9pm

Join Brenda Bentley for an 8-week course, designed to teach you everything you need to know to implement Mindfulness into your life.

The course is similar to other mindfulness-based courses such as MBCT or MBSR, but it also includes methods for nurturing self-compassion. Each session consists of explanation, guided practices and group reflection.

The course is taught by accredited mindfulness teacher Brenda Bentley, who has run many successful course already here at the Wishing Well.

Week 3 - Introducing Mindfulness Support

Week 4 - Working with Distraction

Week 5 - Exploring the Undercurrent

Week 8 - A Mindfulness-based Life
