An Introduction to Qigong (Tai Chi): Sunday 24th January: 10am - 1pm

Come and join us to learn about this Tai-Chi style exercise of slow gentle movement with deep breathing to help achieve a peaceful state of mind.

Qigong helps to ease stress, boost energy levels, improve sleep, build a strong immune system as well as building stress resilience and vitality. It is fun and easy to learn and can be practiced sitting.
