What is Holistic Massage?

The term Holistic means, "to see as a whole". Each person is seen as an individual and also a related collection of energies, the mind, the physical body and the emotional self.

Treatments are always tailored to clients' needs, for which practitioners need to have developed special skills. For example; non-verbal communication. body language, deep listening and observation skills.

Techniques used to massage can vary between gentle massage, stretches, relaxation work and very deep tissue work, all depending upon a person's needs.
