Liz offers CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), which is a form of counselling that incorporates techniques to help change negativity and negative thought cycles into more positive feelings.

By looking at how you think, behave and react, you can then start to discover what can be changed to help you become more positive and at ease with situations.
