Perhaps you want to become a regular meditator, being more mindful in 2019 for greater health, happiness, harmony and ultimately success in your life? We introduce you to two well established tools of meditation. These ‘breakthrough’ techniques initially best practiced as a group are particularly effective in showing you the ‘meditative state’; when your physiology is in optimised balance; when you feel your best and you perform your best. This rewarding experience makes it easy for you to establish a daily routine so you can soon enjoy the many proven benefits of meditation.
Feel how the vibrations of sound – gongs, perfect pitch crystal singing bowls and more - can touch you, literally giving your molecules a sound massage. You emerge relaxed and refreshed, full of new energy and life mojo.
Mindfulness is a way of coming to know yourself – and things – just as they are, moment by moment, and opening to the wisdom that naturally arises when you cultivate a compassionate curiosity toward the human experience.

John Jezewski holds regular workshops here at the Wishing Well and is looking for volunteers to come and have a full consultation with him in his student clinic.
If you have any concerns about conditions you suffer from, symptoms you are experiencing, mental, emotional and physical, he is able to offer advice and take a look into what may have caused the issue.
Calling all ladies, please dig out your unwanted bras and bring them to the Wishing Well to put in our depository bra bank.
The same bras also help to support small businesses in Africa. Together with our recycling partners, our textile recovery project prevents these bras going into landfill before giving them a new lease of life in developing countries such as Togo, Ghana and Kenya, where bras remain too expensive to produce locally.
For every tonne of bras collected, Against Breast Cancer receives £700 to fund our research. With over 30 million women in the UK you could really help make a difference.
For every donation you make we will offer 10% off cafe drinks.
