Perhaps you want to become a regular meditator, being more mindful in 2019 for greater health, happiness, harmony and ultimately success in your life? We introduce you to two well established tools of meditation. These ‘breakthrough’ techniques initially best practiced as a group are particularly effective in showing you the ‘meditative state’; when your physiology is in optimised balance; when you feel your best and you perform your best. This rewarding experience makes it easy for you to establish a daily routine so you can soon enjoy the many proven benefits of meditation.

Feel how the vibrations of sound – gongs, perfect pitch crystal
singing bowls and more - can touch you, literally giving your molecules a sound massage. You emerge relaxed and refreshed, full of new energy and life mojo.

Exploring Mindfulness Workshop - 8 week series

by Tricia Heatley |

Mindfulness is a way of coming to know yourself – and things – just as they
are, moment by moment, and opening to the wisdom that naturally arises
when you cultivate a compassionate curiosity toward the human experience.

  • Learn to live more ‘in the moment’
  • Lower your stress levels
  • Quieten the chattering mind
  • Relax and breathe deeply
  • Build your personal resilience
  • Improve your concentration
  • Enhance your quality of sleep
  • Feel restored, nourished and renewed

Aimed at those new to mindfulness and those who wish to deepen their
practice, each workshop is designed to sequentially build mindfulness skills and
experience group meditation to help you cultivate inner harmony.
The format is participative and informal, led by Jane Doyle an experienced
workshop leader and accredited teacher of Mindfulness.

Dates: Monday 4,11,18,25 February 2019, Monday 4,11,18,25 March 2019

Against Breast Cancer

by Tricia Heatley |

Against Breast Cancer

Calling all ladies, please dig out your unwanted bras and bring them to the Wishing Well to put in our depository bra bank.

The same bras also help to support small businesses in Africa. Together with our recycling partners, our textile recovery project prevents these bras going into landfill before giving them a new lease of life in developing countries such as Togo, Ghana and Kenya, where bras remain too expensive to produce locally.

For every tonne of bras collected, Against Breast Cancer receives £700 to fund our research. With over 30 million women in the UK you could really help make a difference.

For every donation you make we will offer 10% off cafe drinks.
