Autumn workshops at the Wishing Well
Aimed at those new to mindfulness and those who wish to deepen their practice, each weekly workshop is designed to sequentially build mindfulness skills and experience group meditation to help you cultivate inner harmony. Learn to live more ‘in the moment’ ~ lower your stress levels ~ relax and breathe deeply ~ build your personal resilience ~ improve your concentration ~ enhance your quality of life ~ feel restored, nourished and renewed
The format is participative and informal, led by Jane Doyle who is an experienced workshop leader and accredited teacher of Mindfulness.
7.00pm – 8.30pm for 8 consecutive weeks
